I hope everyone is doing good and if you read this have a good night: I’m not usually the nicest person but when it comes to anxiety and needing to relax I feel you guys .
My 2 brothers and I grew up on a farm. We had this huge wraparound porch with 3 porch swings and several chairs. My dad would let us sleep out on the porch during a rainstorm, as long as there wasn't a lot of lightning. we would all get our sleeping bags and head for a swing. The wind would keep the swing moving and the rain lulled us to sleep. We never knew until we were grown how mom and dad both would sleep in the living room so they could see out the windows to watch us. Growing up in a town of less than 400 people, there was no crime and those were literally, the best days of my life. This sound definitely takes me back. Thank you!

This video is now a permanent part of our bedtime routine. Dead silence is “too loud”, so this is like a relaxing lullaby to us. Has worked wonders for my husband’s anxiety, depression & insomnia!!! Thank you for your videos which are the only ones that are “just right”!!!
