My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this.

This sound helps me a lot, i remember when i am pregnant and had trouble in sleeping cause of anxiety and stress. The rain sounds calm my emotions. I almost named my daughter "rain" because it symbolizes the calm and peace that i feel whenever it rains or hear the sound of rain.
This is my most favorite video to listen to. I have had insomnia for all of my adult life...I am 45 now. This helps lull me to sleep. I wish nothing but peace, love and happiness to all who read this. So thankful for the sanity this brings. No drugs needed, just natures beautiful remedy 💚💙💚💙

For anyone that is still using this audio to this day to help fall asleep. No matter what the atmosphere that you were in before you snuggle up in bed with your sheets, just know you matter. I don’t sleep due to many anxiety and insomnia based disorders and the doctors throw pills and stuff at me to fix it and it doesn’t work. Then I found your channel and this puts me right to sleep and relaxes me when I’m having panic attacks. So thank you soooo much.

This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. I don’t sleep due to many anxiety and insomnia based disorders and the doctors throw pills and stuff at me to fix it and it doesn’t work. Then I found your channel and this puts me right to sleep and relaxes me when I’m having panic attacks. So thank you soooo much.
