That looks great! A vast improvement over the Seiko bracelet. As you said, with the polished bevel accents on the lugs, it looks like the hollow end links were designed to sit lower than the lugs. I love Uncle Seiko products! I went a similar route and threw one of their Speedy Flat Link bracelets on my Helson Sharkmaster 300, and the hollow end links fit the same as your Seiko here...they sat lower, but looked like they were designed that way lol. Cool video!
Looks great on that watch. Home run.
The Uncle Seiko president bracelet for the Seiko SRPE51 fits the SNE573 with very minor adjustments to the endlink tabs. It looks great.
if US speedy bracelet can be installed on these sne watches, maybe another speedy bracelet (from strapcode ?) can fit also ?
That US bracelet looks great on it, and aesthetically better than the OEM.
That means it fits the seiko alpinist because the oem braclet of the sne585 fits itbtoo
Hi Edwards, can you please confirm that the Alpinist bracelet, is compatible for the SNE569, the version of the Alpinist it’s the SARB017 ? Thank you for your availability. Regards from Portugal.
new Tudor Ranger right up your alley, right?
i still got my SNE575 and love it. pin and collar sucks though, if the collar was mid link instead of end, i’d be a fan.
Yah! That pin and collar sucks, I still dig the oem bracelet tho! Love the tudor ranger! Wish it was smaller tho!
@@ChillinwitWatches Agreed! should've been 36! keep it OG
Very cool! If this bracelet fit then would all of Uncle Seiko's Speedmaster bracelets fit? I've got an SNE573 and definitely wanna get a bracelet for it.
Did you ever find a good bracelet match for SNE573? Just got one and looking for replacement
@@briang86 I ended up going to a local watch shop and the guy there had a Seiko jubiliee-style bracelet laying around that he popped on and it fit. I don't know the exact model of the bracelet as it just says Seiko on it and doesn't have a reference # or anything though I will note that it has hollow endlinks. I'm not a huge fan of the jubilee look but it adds a little variety to my watch collection and it's really comfortable in warm weather so I've been rocking that for now. I reached out to Uncle Seiko about making a bracelet specifically for the SNE473 and he said he might do it "someday." We'll see.
Very nice! Is it ok to use regular spring bars in fat bar lughole? It won't wear out the hole?
No. Use fat tipped bars, for sure.
Just got one and I’ve been looking for an oyster style bracelet since they look so much like the submariner. I think it would be the perfect bracelet for this watch. If anyone knows of one, let me know! 🙏🏼
Nice…
$90 for hollow end links and pressed clasp. Only me that thinks that's way overpriced?
It's a fair point for sure. Sometimes Uncle is the only one making bracelet options, so you gotta pay to play I guess. F#$@ing Watches!
I want to like UNkle Seiko, but their prices just don't add up. $90 bracelets with stamped clasps and jolie endlinks? BRUH
Totally fair. In this case, it was one of the only options out there. So often it's hard to justify the $ with watches, it is what it is.
What's the point? Hollow end links and pressed clasp elements? 🤔
For vintagey goodness! Not everyone's bag, I get it
I just ordered the same bracelet for my green SNE583, and will be adding the double milled clasp. Maybe I’ll post a video
It's a pressed clasp and hollow end links, so what's the improvement?
Did he know it would get reviewed?
If not it seems the tolerances in production are pretty poor as mine were more than 2mm off the pinhole before I bend them to fit, something he instructs how to do on his webpage, something that would've made me not order it if I saw it sooner, as that's just a sign of poor quality.
Ordere the same one, also cut my finger and started bleeding from how poor the quality control was on the clasp where they had made a mistake in production and made a sharp cut in the metal.
The polishing is decent, but the machining is horrendous. The hallow end links and the clasp had not been gone over, I sandpapered it down to make it less scary to wear. But ended up just taking it off after sizing it as I don't trust it at all and the sharp edges just scratching my watch giving it twice as many marks as it had, something it wasn't worth at all...
Would not have passed CE marking here in Europe.
I just got my holzer for the same watch - and the end links are off ! bummer
I bought the Seiko SNE571 and SNE585 and I plan to purchase the SNE583 as well as I love the look and size of this watch. If this had been out 3-4 years ago it probably would have saved me from buying automatic divers. Personally I don’t really think the stock bracelet is that bad. My biggest complaint is that a $500 watch doesn’t come with solid end links (admittedly the stock Seiko folded end links seem to fit very snug). I’ve not handled any Uncle Seiko bracelets, but they don’t seem like that much of an upgrade? You still have folded end links and a cheap stamped clasp. So other than changing the look, I don’t get what the attraction is of these Uncle Seiko bracelets for the solar divers. I’m usually fine with stock Seiko bracelets, but everyone else seems to hate them. I’m hoping Marc from Long Island Watch makes an aftermarket bracelet for the 38.5mm SNE5XX series. His bracelets are well priced and feature solid end links, milled scissor clasps and screw link pins for easy adjustment.
The uncle bracelets are actually made for the speedmaster, not this watch, so if they had solid end links they probably wouldn't fit on the Seiko at all!
I personally like the bracelet that comes on the solar divers as well. But I also prefer hollow end links! 😂
Which Seiko model is that? Your bezel looks too blue to be the blueish/grey version SNE569 but maybe it is since that’s the only color that comes on the bracelet.
It's the all blue sne585, comes on bracelet
