Support is garbage. My friend gave me a $200 gift card bought on Amazon. I logged in to doordash and redeemed the gift card, receiving a successful message. The money never got credit to my account, even you guys providing the successfully redeemed. I opened 4 requests and looks like the support operators cannot read. I always start the conversation saying that I had redeemed the card getting the message. They say in the end, Oh, the card has already been redeemed. So, I got Scammed by Doordash... I have to disturb the person who gave me the gift because your system is really bad.
