This series needs a reboot. It's also somewhat-COVID-friendly, assuming everyone doesn't run at the same speed.

I'm sure it's been said but a pepper mile slowly go up the scale. A weekish pepper (compared to your normal) and the progressively get worse and worse until you get the the strongest you can get at the last lap.
You have to chug a Gallon of water then you have to run a mile...
