Maybe it's a bit more convincing, if both sides of the paper have the same colour. In your example, you first show a white piece of paper, and afterwards it turned into a black passepartout as background behind the revealed card.
Or we could use a black paper only, then show blank at beginning , then display frame with card on black paper!! Excellent bideo,DON THANK YOU!! GARY IN DREAMLAND; HAVE A NICE DREAM!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟☁️🙂☁️👍🌟
I figured this out before you showed how, but many wont, cute trick though. When you have seen enough magic you notice little details like the order and flipping things goes.

It changed from white to black with the card, I think that is a more profound outcome.

👍 agreed about paper color should be same both sides, double stick tape is awesome, card tricks are my favorite actually ❤
@letsmakemagic8233 I think when it's the same color it really makes seem the card appears! But the other way still works.
Nice 👍. Definantly not the worst card trick I've seen performed. It was good 👍
2:11 Aha! you got me :) Took me a time to figure it. What a fun trick. Thank you.
Clever trick, very kind of you to share these.

I think you don't give yourself enough credit. I think you're prefomances are at least decent enough, if not better.
