I’m look forward to seeing how things play out tomorrow given your line play analysis. Keep up the great work. I hope we broncos can make it a respectable performance! Happy New Year!
I just really hope we tackle better than we have this season so far. There has been a lot of instances where we should have a TFL but we don’t wrap up and just try to throw a shoulder and it ends up a first down.
I love it, I'm a huge bronco fan. Jeanty is the best I've ever seen and I'm looking forward to the game. I'm glad we have some of our injured O-line back. Penn state is a monster, and it will be fun to watch the match-up. What scares me is our secondary.
FINALLY some real analysis. I am a BSU alum and can agree with everything you said. There ARE some variables left out such as returning starters and a more healthy Jeanty. What folks don’t realize is that Jeanty got hurt somewhere around the 3rd or 4th game and his numbers reflect that. Let that sink in….he got injured and still put up 127yds and then 259 the next game, with an ARM BRACE on. Same thing against UNLV. He hurt his ankle and didn’t come back until the second half and STILL put up 128yds. Jeanty has been playing with two lingering injuries and now has had 3 weeks to heal. You all should be very worried.
I really enjoy being independent. Who knows where I go from here, but for right now I’m just grinding my own stuff. And i appreciate you guys for supporting so much!
this is scary. some other film talked about his yards after contact. I asked "explain where the contact first happened and how good was the tackle?" this is good running.
Coming from a Boise state fan, I think the reason why Madsen has so few picks year is because the throws the ball so horribly bad that the defender is not expecting anything close to that awful of a throw. That's the only way to explain that. But then on the flip side, Madsen will throw an unbelievably amazing pass that he puts on the money. He can be really frustratingly inconsistent but he has delivered on some big drives this year and is super gritty.
Hahaha I love that analysis, that’s pretty much my takeaway. He will make a WOW throw and then put one in the chest of the defender lol. Thanks for checking out the channel!
Finally somebody giving some respect to Jeanty and his dominance behind what can only be described as a mediocre O line. If I weren't living in legal state and could bet games I'd slam the 10.5 spread, I have a feeling it will be much closer if not a possible bronco victory. I still remember the 06 Broncos taking it to Oklahoma when the whole country was talking smack. At least you give some respect where it should be applied, respect, good luck tomorrow.
"Your best is enough, but your best is required" - Spencer Danielson You may see a flawed O line but them and Jeanty will keep the defense honest enough for Mad Dawg Madsen to make some plays as well. Thats the nature of the beast.
The Broncos are up for a reality check! There are Tiers in College Football. The Broncos haven’t faced a defense of Penn State’s caliber. Similar to the SMU game, James Franklin likely to play the bench in the 4th Quarter-- PSU 38 - 13!
SMU is nowhere as good as Boise State and SMU’s quarterback played terribly. The first two picks were unforced. PSU didn’t even score on offense until 5mins left in the first half.
@@Augustinemelecioare you crazy the only reason smu game looked like that is because the QB play PSU was in the backfield every play had em scared smu is a far better team than Boise
@ I just watched the game again. SMU was able to make plays early against PSU and probably would have been winning if they had scored instead of turning it over. Also, the first two inno’s were coverage picks that the QB just didn’t have the IQ in the moment to pick it up. The third pick was a great play by the defender but by then PSU knew SMU had to throw to get back in it and you ain’t coming back from 3 TO’s in the first half against PSU. SMU is nowhere as good as BSU and PSU better hope they live up to the hype because Boise is WAAAAAAY better than what people give them credit for.
Boise state is my team my brother played here and I attempted to walk on flew my ACL on Spring practice... first 5:45 PRP.. so it didn't work out for me but this is my team I can tell you we have a hell of a lot of respect for Penn State. You guys go 3 deep on the depth chart which your third string guy would start here and probably be able to Showcase his talent because he's probably as good as our starter. But Penn State is also one of my favorite teams. If you don't love Penn State you don't love college football in my opinion. So what I will say is I hope the game is close I hope we can prove something to you at the very least. But we understand we're not on the same level. If I got an opportunity to walk on a Penn State over my team which is Boise State I would do it at Penn State and twice on Sunday so I definitely have admiration for the place.. we both had a hell of a season at the very least. I think AJ (Jeanty) is pretty upset about getting passed over on the Heisman. Nothing against Hunter and I am biased but I think this kid has gotten us to where we are. That's saying something. Good luck for a great game!
Im a bit surprised by the mouthy attitude of Boise St fans. I'm NOT saying they can't win, but outside of Jeanty, they are markedly less talented than every other team in the CFP. As a fan of a G5 team in the playoffs, it may be best to stay quiet and see how things play out. Especially since as a fan, you have NOTHING to do with the game itself.

PSU needs to control this game by scoring early and then keep Jeanty off the field by speeding up the clock. Translation? A HUUUUUGE game for Mr Reliable....Tyler Warren.
I will say this about Maddox he has gotten a lot better in the last 3 games of the year. In the beginning he was throwing risky throws. I do think he will play a clean game. He does do what SMU Qb did vs u guys he will be a lot better.
Great break down of Ashton Jeanty this dude is a problem. Boise will have there 2 OL back and will make a massive difference in the run blocking just watch the game vs Georgia southern i know they are not great but they are good when they are all healthy.
As a former player and someone with his pulse on the team, how do players like Nick and Kaytron feel being totally overlooked in this game? No one in the Boise State media is even mentioning their names as players to watch, let alone breaking down their All-22 film. And that's insane to me since they could easily finish for over 250 total yards and 4 TDs combined in this game. Watching the Colorado/BYU game last night, it was clear that BYU went out there with a point to prove. CU was the better story and media darling, but BYU wanted to send the message they were the better football team. Do you think this is just another big game for the RB room and defense, or are they starting to take personally all of the Jeanty talk and want people to remember their names when it's over?

As a BSU fan I actually didn’t take offense to this haha I did your defensive breakdown a little only because I think BSUs dline is pretty decent.. But Jeantys a dog and you recognized that. 🤣 The game film from both UNLV games and the Oregon game don't show the starting offensive line. Against Oregon we were down 2 starting offensive lineman. By the time we played UNLV the first time we were down 4 out of 5 starting offensive lineman. Hence the constant pressure getting through. Watch the 2nd game against UNLV. Penn State is in for more trouble than they think
@bryanpbrowning8620 I admire Boise State and Jeanty, which I have rooted for the Broncos over other Blue Blood programs (Oklahoma/Florida State/Georgia). I also don't underestimate Boise State, which Penn State's offense/defense need to play bully ball and implement their depth to counter anything the Broncos do. I have the utmost respect for Boise State (extension Appalachian State), who is one of the College Football's greatest stories of the sport!
One thing I want to tell you brother I can tell you played. Everything you're breaking down coach Koetter did the same thing. You're breaking down games that were at the beginning of the season and 1/3rd into the season. A lot of thoes issues with zone blocking to the second level have been stellar at times.. also been suspect at times. Same with our deep 3rd and middle press coverage as well as tackling... When it's bad it's really not good, but when it's good it's like why cant that be emulated every time? They can be great and they can shoot themselves in the foot but their communication and assignment integrity has gotten much better. Especially with our stud safety back and everybody on the d-line fresh. Let's see! Good luck y'all! .
Just so you guys know, that right guard getting beat is a walk on freshmen and the center is a freshman. They both got hurt in game 1 and just got healthy for the last game of the year. Don’t expect that level of offensive line play on Tuesday night…
I see your point but I don't like the cocky tone about them. You show very clear evidence that they have gaps in their personnel and Penn State should be able to get the job done. But if Boise happens to pull something big out of their asses on this one, it's gonna be a huge pile of crow to eat after basically laughing at them in the pregame analysis. I just hope you're right and they're really bad
Don’t forget. All of these O linemen getting beat for BSU are the backups. The starters were hurt for most of the season. They’ll be back for the Fiesta Bowl. Please count us out.
He is amazing. That said, the key to stopping an amazing RB is winning the point of attack, and our line should be able to do that. I haven't finished Landon's vid yet so dunno what he says, but if we can't win the LoS on D he will feast and it will probably be a shootout.
I'm a Packers fan who grew up watching Barry Sanders. For all of his stats and highlights, can you tell me the biggest game he won in the playoffs? Barry Sanders doesn't play defense, and it's hard to run back into a game when your team is down multiple scores.
@@LandonTengwall58UNLVs entire defense consisted of P4 transfers from the SEC and Big 10 and Big 12. All transfers came to play with Barry Odom. The SEC players followed from Missouri. UNLV wasn't bad at tackling. That's just Jeanty making them look bad. Look up the facts. UNLV shut down 2-3 P4 teams this season. They're legit. Boise State is so underrated by haters like you
Tracy and Rojas just need to tackle before Jeanty and can bounce outie. Short back that disappears behind the line. Should have to worry much about getting burned by a 5'10" 200- nothing QB that's thrown for 2,714 largely on the intermediate cross. Do you have a drone? Debris starting to pile up at Beaver. No live cam. Time for Behind the Construction Fence...?
@@LandonTengwall58deleted my comment cuz I was wrong about the year. But yeah. Think Jeanty has better balance. Saquon better in other areas. It's absolutely a possibility. Can't wait to watch Jeanty in NFL.
@LandonTengwall58 Jeanty is better than Barry Sanders, Bo Jackson, Marcus Allen, Ladanian, Marshall etc..... Jeanty is the God of running backs. The Goat of Goats!
Unfortunately you would be incorrect and your bias towards Penn State is clear, I can count over 30 times this year the Penn State offensive line has done exactly what you have slammed Boise State's offensive line play for. It's very common for Big 10 teams to do what you're talking about.
I don’t understand the mass hysteria of Boise State fans that think their OL is at all good. Your LT is definitely solid. Center is alright, everyone else is below average
@LandonTengwall58 nice job of straw manning my position as opposed to actually addressing my comment 🤣🤣. Nowhere in my comment did I say out offensive line was extremely good. You on the other hand state multiple times in the video Boise States entire offensive line is bad blah blah blah and now you're walking it back with the LT being good the center being average. Like I don't get the mass hysteria with Penn State fans and why they never actually engage with comments that directly critiques their o-lines play or their QBs play or their WRs play, or their defenses play. It's always this switch-a-roo that you try and do. Like I get it to a point your going to be selective in the plays you pick because your making content and you want to show where in this particular video Penn States defense can thrive, but geeze actually engage with what the comment says not what you imagine that it says.
I am really laughing at the disrespect some of the Boise fans have shown against PSU. So let’s say your RB goes for 180 and 3 TDs against the number the 7 ranked run D. How you guys going to stop a running attack that put 292 running yards and or 500 yards against Oregon? Who is going to consistently cover the best TE in football and more to the point who is going to tackle him in your second worse tackling D in FBS. Look at the strength of schedule of the two teams. It really is funny reading some of these comments.
Boise’s O line really isn’t anything special in fact they are kinda meh to mediocre it’s just Jeanty is so damn good he doesn’t really need a good O Line lol this kid is a problem. PSU is going to to do everything they can to shut him down so that’s why I say if Boise is gonna have a chance at winning they are gonna have to have other guys step up big time , their OLine & WR core to be specific.

LBs need to TACKLE tomorrow
Let's see! Good luck y'all!
.
Appreciate the comment man! I’m sure they definitely got better as the season went on. I’m excited for tomorrow!
Just so you guys know, that right guard getting beat is a walk on freshmen and the center is a freshman. They both got hurt in game 1 and just got healthy for the last game of the year. Don’t expect that level of offensive line play on Tuesday night…
That's fine and all, but those guys haven't seen a DL even close to Penn State's quality
72 and 78 are juniors, no?
62 and 63 aren't freshmen either.
So wait, they sat all season but one game and are supposedly improved?
@@miketyworth1029Pretty sure the guys who missed started last year as well. Not that they’ll be amazing, but should be at least better😂😂
Watch the language son. You’re stepping over the line!
Don’t forget. All of these O linemen getting beat for BSU are the backups. The starters were hurt for most of the season. They’ll be back for the Fiesta Bowl. Please count us out.
Weak teams, weak defenses, PSU Defence will shut him down. Did you see Army vs against Notre Dame? Not worried about this running back.
Let's Gooooo Lions 🦁
Wtf is #7 on D doing on the play that starts at -12:41. Is he spying or being dumb?
Jeanty gonna be a problem Penn state better have been drilling gang tackling
Are we in big trouble with this guy? Based on what I'm seeing here and some other tape on UA-cam he's unstoppable.
He is amazing. That said, the key to stopping an amazing RB is winning the point of attack, and our line should be able to do that. I haven't finished Landon's vid yet so dunno what he says, but if we can't win the LoS on D he will feast and it will probably be a shootout.
If we can handle their OL (we should) we will be okay. Also tackling by teams like Washington State and UNLV was just awful
Boise State is so underrated by haters like you
@@heartbreak25the fact you listen to boys lol men and Leona Lewis says enough about your takes on football 😂
Is 65 gonna be the starting RT if he is DDS will eat
Yes, trust me, 75 is worse. I just didn’t show much of 75s tape because I don’t expect him to play
Ashton Jeanty is Bijan Robinson 2.0
Is he better then college Barkley?
I think so… but then again let’s put Saquon in the Mountain West and see what happens 😂
@@LandonTengwall58deleted my comment cuz I was wrong about the year. But yeah. Think Jeanty has better balance. Saquon better in other areas. It's absolutely a possibility. Can't wait to watch Jeanty in NFL.
@@LandonTengwall58shit put Jeanty on Georgia or Texas or Oregon Ohio State etc etc. wtf you think happens.
That ego will be shattered soon enough
@LandonTengwall58 Jeanty is better than Barry Sanders, Bo Jackson, Marcus Allen, Ladanian, Marshall etc..... Jeanty is the God of running backs. The Goat of Goats!
Absolutely not even close to as good as college Barkley, in my opinion
This dude should have won heisman
Boise States qb mad dog only has 3 interceptions on the year
You obviously missed the part in the video where multiple defenders dropped easy interceptions
I remember watching 1 game ( forget against who ) 3 defenders dropped balls in there hands
This PSU team isn't the best tackling team so...
Sadly this is true, hopefully, they have a plan for a few possible breakaways.
Call it for what it is my dude, they are cheeks
Landon longtime subscriber ….please don’t use the Lords name …your to smart and articulate to express yourself like that …. Time in video 1:40 Thanks for very informative video . Thanks again
