Sending healing energy your way! Cannot even imagine what was going through your mind as you dealt with this! My BP went nuts (suddenly up 30 plus points) over Christmas, constant and non stop palpitations after starting a “mild steroid” for another issue. So I huddled at home, pretty sure I didn’t need the ER but no clinics open either. 🤷♀️ One of the worst Christmas seasons ever. 😞 Visit to the cardiologist resulted in my wearing a wireless heart monitor for a MONTH as the condition continued. Then they added a new BP medication and literally within a few hours, the palpitations stopped. Miracle drug! BP has pretty much returned to normal. Moral of the story - I will never, Ever allow a provider to prescribe steroids again! I’ve taken them many times before but this time, all 🤬 broke loose. Ironically, a provider tried just yesterday to prescribe a round of steroids. Not only no, but 🤬 NO!!! Praying your condition is quickly diagnosed and treated! 🙏🏻
I agree on the steroids 100%. I am sorry you suffer as well. It was one of the scariest things I have ever been through. Cutting my clothes off me putting the shock pads on me, ekg on me multiple attempts at getting a vein. Lights and sirens to the er where we were met with about 6 people at the door rushing me into this room. WIth people taking my blood hooking me up to their monitors etc. It was a wild time. I asked the Paramedic to tell my daughter I loved her if I didn't make it. We all thought I either had a heart attack or I was about to have one. I have been numb for days. Processing it has been difficult. I am so grateful to be here

Amy i don't know what happened to you, but you must take carebof yourself before any one else. I know this to be true because at 93 years you are number one. I watch your channel all the time and i am an aldi shopper. I turned my son onto aldi and he gets delivery all the time. I only buy my milk, yogurt, sliced cheese, salads all the time, plus other stuff that other markets don't have

Be careful with hanging baskets on your porch. Here in NC, I found a black snake hanging on to and in mine. Better than a watch dog but had to get him down before the Amazon guy came to deliver.

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I have P.O.T.S and I have an implanted device called a loop recorder . The highest my heart rate was recorded was 207. I know how horrible that can be.I've had to call 911 myself. HUGS

I have several of this week's items...the Aldi cube tote I keep in my car for organizing also the tote bags...they are pretty cute I have some with dachshunds on them from last fall. Back pack cooler I bought for hiking last year they had several designs last year.

Start with positive I enjoy the ice cream and will try the chicken skewers. Ok did not like the potato salad too sweet and my dog did not like the frozen treats.
