Sirji... I hv tried the same thing in plain water n Aloe vera . I am getting good result in aloe vera.. Aloe vera helps to grow roots very earlier than plain water..

First answer is keep it in shade. Second is keep it until you see the roots.
Hibiscus surely needs full sunlight
