Anyone who says they only experience local cuisine and culture and not crave a little of their own cuisine os a fibber. You two just be you and live your best life Thank you for being real 😊
I'm a Japanese living about 5 kilometers from this town. It's just a casual everyday town, shops, and people, but with your lively reactions I enjoy it all through to the end. I'm glad you enjoy our country.
0:22 “I mean I’ve never been but I assume that’s what happens” hahahah so cute! Nearly spat out my protein when you said we’re in Amsterdam just kidding. Like wait what?!
Do you have a plan to visit TeamLab in Tokyo? Highly recommended! If you're interested in trying onsen and want to experience something you cannot experience else where, try places like Tokyo Yurakujo or Stadium Japon.
Was just thinking how over vlogmas I was as it’s just constant hauls and parties and mindless consumption but then.. THIS is the vlogmas we all need! 🤍
When I was in Japan, the most-often eaten food by all the Japanese we met was generally McDonald's. They had hot dogs back then for less than ¥20, cheese burgers for only slightly more; plus, the Maccas were every where, sometime two on the same block. Maccas had to be cheap in order to compete with Matsuya and Yoshinoya's budget stuff. The other common food was from the convenience store, lots of sandwiches and fried chicken. It was the foreigners who didn't like wasting valuable stomach space on food they could get at home. They would always be heading out for gyudon, ramen and tokoyaki
I can see you guys are already behaving like Japanese. I was in Japan for 2 years and when I went back to my country, people said I was behaving weird. They observed that I was saying sorry all the time and bowing my head unnecessarily. Believe me I was not aware of this, but other people who have lived in Japan said the same.
Ok, Josie chan , I am looking forward to watch your new vide . of course, you will make good contents video again I think. see you on the next video , Josie chan by Tokyo old boy.
When you are asking for a number of things, you don’t say “ichi”, “ni”, etc. That’s why they always pause and sound confused when you say that. You are supposed to say: hitotsu = one thing futotsu = two things mittsu = three things Etc So, you don’t say “ichi kudesai”. You say “hitotsu onegaishimasu”.
Love Japan so much - I could live there. The backstreets like in this video are one of my favourite parts. Michael typical Aussie bloke- it’s winter and he’s still in thongs lol
I totally agree - Its totally my favourite part too. I could totally live there if I had enough money haha. Yes - literally - psycho who is wearing his thongs. Aussie through and through hahahahaha
Talking about this , not sure if some ppl will get offended if we hand them directly instead of putting on tray ? I feel so impolite putting the money on tray 😅
And it's awkward when you're paying with card so you put the card on the tray awkwardly but then you just need to take it back to use it yourself anyway hahahahaha
HAHAHAHA Ridip I would’ve told you what it was!!! You just get to see more of me, and you see so much anyway so you don’t need to watch even more 😂😂😂🙏🏻🙏🏻
You should be asking why we dont have (so many) vending machines back home in Oz. the answer is obvious of course, and its the same answr to the question as to why we cant have nice things. Ive ben convinced thart w somply cant be trusted to hsve nice things ever since the first, and only time, i remarked on this (I live in Japan) to a mate back home, and he went on to admit that he had literally kicked one over at university the very same week. Yep.
Anyone who says they only experience local cuisine and culture and not crave a little of their own cuisine os a fibber. You two just be you and live your best life Thank you for being real 😊

9℃ in Tokyo is a pretty warm day for winter. This year is warm as f but normally it drops below 0℃ in the morning.

Really!! That makes me so happy!! 😁😁😁😁
make sure you try some Yakitori (chicken cooked over the flame on skewers), so yummy!!
I like these videos where you go away from the central city/touristy places and see where the locals live and looking at the neighbourhoods etc
They are our favourites too! We love doing things like that, we don't always have the time to venture out but we always try our best to! 😊
This beautiful Lady never disappoint us with her content. Love from Delhi, india ❤❤❤

HAHAHA too true kay!!! hahaha 😊

Add a beenie/ hat to your cold weather gear

When you pass money, use both hands to be more polite (pay or receive change)😊
Talking about this , not sure if some ppl will get offended if we hand them directly instead of putting on tray ? I feel so impolite putting the money on tray 😅
And it's awkward when you're paying with card so you put the card on the tray awkwardly but then you just need to take it back to use it yourself anyway hahahahaha

Try okonomiyaki and takoyaki.

Okay look you’re right haha. Good point. There’s generally some little 💩 that would ruin it for everyone at home hahaha
