- In this video I am showing you step by step process of making DIY cheap grass cutter using PVC parts and 775 motor.
Materials Required:
1) 775 motor 12-24V High Torque - www.banggood.com/custlink/GmK...
2) 50mm PVC End Cap x2
3) 50mm PVC - 75cm long
4) Power connector 24V
5) Switch 24V 16A
6) Screws/ Washers & Nuts
7) 5mm m10 Shank Arbor Mandrel Adaptor

9) Struts Boot Mounting Plate

My opinion is if you can use 45 digree elbow for motor fitting that's better than 90 digree elbow

This is a good skill-building exercise for kids but if you really need to cut grass for cheap buy a used push mower for a few bucks and some sandpaper to sharpen it.

It's powerfull but for 12v motor/battery it only last for 10 - 15 minutes (on thick grass) which covers approx 10 sq ft of lawn........ imagine if you've got a wide lawn! I've done the same thing and it's a nightmare to trim my 35 sq ft lawn even with 2 batteries.......

those mounting plates can be easily found in Scrap yards, otherwise, it comes with the spring and struts unit.

but problem are that plastic will gone and you dont clap it for other

i tried this before.
* 1st motor is to weak,
* 2nd it gets hot - u ll end up by burning motor.
* now i am trying 895 motor, with 12-24V ( ua-cam.com/video/hiVULX1oh-c/v-deo.html )
its closer, but still close to overheating the motor, so u need relays or something not to burn it ..
In my opinion it should be probably brushless motor - ll see what ll end up .. on this part.
