Houses for 1 Euro...What can you really get? Take a tour to find out - Sicily Dream Home- Episode 3

After travelling to Sicily Tamara was able to see all 16 properties the "1 Euro Houses" on a public tour conducted by the town of Sambuca di Sicilia. It was a quick run around the town in whirlwind fashion.

For a Euro you get a house that is falling down and you have to spend a small fortune to get it back up and running!!

Hey Tamara, thanks for the video! have you used the tax credits the govermant offers for these houses? I read that there are some tax bonuses for renovating these houses that can save you up to 50% in tax credit for some of the renovations.
