Flygon didn’t get a mega because of artist block. Yet I’ve seen 100 great designs most of which would’ve been obvious.
Quite literally, rayquaza ruined the young man flygon. Even this art, it’s cool it works, but I see a gf employee saying “it’s discount koraidon” *balls it up with the other 73628458 cool drawings.

Art block is a pain in the assss. Its not just about ideas but execution and i can see why art block could mess super hard with making a mega flygon.

Flygon would actually be so good if those were it’s BST and give it sheerforce or mold breaker to give it full advantage of it’s moves

This does raise a question; If Slowking did receive a Mega Evolution, and that Slowbro also has a Mega Evolution, would that mean that their Galarian Counterparts would also be able to Mega Evolve?
In Pokemon GO, where they have both megas and Galarian forms, the mega stones only work on the original forms.

That Mega Flygon looks more like a Paradox Flygon to me. Like “Shifting Sand” or “Roaring Sand” because it swims through sand and leaps into the air like it is flying.
