Hi, Im on my third implant, 1st was equipment failure, second was an equipment placement issue which resulted in a lot of pain. This third one is from a Dr @ Tulane Medical, I was hoping this would be it. Not so, the tube on the left side stops way shorter than the tube on the right. When inflated it pulls to the left causing excruciating pain at the end of my penis. I'm at a loss, it's not an easy surgery to recover from a forth time. Should I let it go and hope it gets better or bite the bullet and do it again? I'm absolutely sick about it! Thanks for any advice.
You shouldn't experience pain and you deserve a functioning penis--schedule a visit with a dedicated implanter to discuss your options or contact us at PeritoUrology.com. We have had to perform revisions in implants placed by less-skilled surgeons many, many times.

It's important to regularly cycle your implant and perform the exercise (see previous MTP episode).
