And Dixon is not just a Carpenter..Dixon's skills are much more advanced than that. Dixon, is what we would call a MASTER CRAFTSMAN, here in the US for Homebuilding. Dixon is doing Custom Home Building. He would make thousands of dollars here in the US for his talent and abilities. He could start with a company 1st but I could see him quickly having his own Custom Home Building company here in the US.

It will be a good look after Dixon is finished but I think Zach should check out the roof before applying the gypsum. I could see nail holes and upon the center of the roof am seeing outside so please check it out Zach so that it will not spoil the gypsum ❤
