I'm guessing in the earlier phase, Brandenburg-Bohemia would have acted as a rival to Austria in the HRE? Wouldn't it have been interesting if they stole the title of emperor from the Hapsburgs.
Historically the Luxembourg dynasty was the emperors throughout much of the 14th century, until the title passed to the Habsburgs. So yes, they would have still been emperors instead of the Habsburgs until Brandenburg-Bohemia is dissolved.
