Hi, yes Filzmoos has a few very gentle nursery slopes in the valley. Once you have progressed a little there isn’t a massive amount of gentle blue runs but enough for someone spending their first week skiing. The town is set in a very pretty valley too and has some lovely traditional ski huts...Another resort I’d recommend for beginners is Lofer. 😊👍

Filzmoos is just the best, I've been coming there for 15 years
It certainly is a beautiful resort to ski and just sit back an enjoy the mountains. I have a new video of Filzmoos filmed this season coming soon.

Now live in New Zealand. Skiing is good, but doesn't compare with Austria. I do miss Austria.
Austria has bigger mountain ranges but New Zealand is more diverse geographical wise. Thanks for watching ☺️
