It’s really great to see a line that looks like it was 100% geared for kids and playtime. It’s too bad they did not print anything on the backside of the building cardboard. But the rest looks fantastic. Hoping this is a HUGE success for the kiddos.

I don't know about anyone else but when I saw the old playmates commercial, it takes me waaaayyy back to where I honestly get a little dizzy and zone out a little. Thanks for this video and thanks for being another amazing father who's there for their kids! Dude how hard is it to explain collectables to ur kids. I don't know about anyone else but I am still having a hard time😂😅😊

First off, Ty for figuring out where that baby turtle sticker goes! If you haven’t figured it out since… the green table can be flipped upside down and used to catch the ooze! If you notice that’s not pictured on the box, so I think it was added later just for that purpose.

I wasn't happy with the blank back on the cardboard piece either, so I'm going to parlay my art skills into painting my own building side to it, maybe have part of it be a pizza shop! I also agree about the missing bunk beds, and I think I'm going to make some out of wood, foam and paint. I figure if it's missing, and you have the skills or know someone who does, get it made!

Just got this Sewer Lair play set for 40$ at my target with a gift card and price matching it online at Target and Amazon was 56$ and with 20% off Tmnt at Target it knocked it down to about 42$ after tax 😊I had to have it especially for my display of my Tmnt mutant mayhem collection. Now comes the fun part of assembly 😬

I am not into collecting TMNT, but i did get the cartoon Turtles from NECA, because nostalgia had my by the nuts. I really like the design of this stuff, it takes me back to the old 90's cartoon. The new turtle van just looks great. This playset, it is huge. Now if only Hasbro could give us this size and quality.....

Love the line. I will have the four brothers on my desk at work this school year. The only thing that really hurts these toys, imo, is the lack of a rocker ankle.

Do you need the cardboard backdrop? I'm thinking about using either a pop-up diorama or the back of the Spawn Alley playset instead.

I can see a crazy fan make sticker pack for the back that is in a brick pattern.
I am near positive I've seen pics of Ray Fillet, Mondo, etc so I do think they are coming, maybe once the giant Superfly comes out. It does look fun and I am super happy kids are still getting playsets.

Walmart used to sell real cheap ooze. It was $1 a can that came in different colors. It functioned the same as Mattel ooze. I bought a bunch even though I've never opened them as I doubt I want to get my figures all gunked up. Maybe if I buy some used figures that aren't brand new as I generally only buy new, or new open box.
I found it on clearance for $20 at Walmart this week.

Any chance if you get a moment you could tell my the dimensions, length width and height, of the main plastic only area? Not the cardboard or anything on the top, just the interior sewer lair bit. I'm guessing its like.. 20 by 10 by 6 or something.
Will this playset accommodate 6 inch figures? I’m concerned that my 6 inch TMNT figures won’t fit in some of the areas of the playset

Can it be assembled reasonably without the cardboard backing? I really don't like how that looks with the characters printed on it.
I bought my son the 2012 playmate collectors edition ninja turtles with at 6 inches tall. Do you think he could use those to play with this?

Much like Thundercats and the Cat’s Lair - I don’t collect TMNT. But both of these play sets are SO awesome, it’s giving me FOMO.
So dumb they'd have a hole in the floor for the ooze to run out everywhere. No wonder why my mom would not let me have any ooze as a kid. I had to go over to a kids house down the street to get some ooze action on TMNT figures.
The instructions show that the coffee table can be removed and turned upside down to catch the ooze, it’s not designed to go through the hole or damage the sticker.
We just picked this up and none of the traps work so thats a real bummer 😕
4:13! I’m so sorry to break it to you but according to the instructions, the coffee table is able to be removed so that it be turned upside down and catch the ooze.. the ooze getting between the hole + damaging the sticker below definitely isn’t what they intended
Yeah I saw that, but honestly, that’s no fun, I wanna ooze my figures, not just have it run into a coffee table bowl that I can’t also fit my figures into…

This playset was trash. So expensive for mostly cardboard and thin plastic.
I won’t be see this TMNT movie because of the design, it like they took a week in art class and said I’m good so never finished art school. Heck they made April O’Neil look like a troll and why do they have to give ridiculous big glasses to the geek/nerd.
