90% of the time its going to be targetting on helm, dex/reload on gloves, anti flinch on chest, health restore on orb pick up on boots

4 bursts got a massive buff with into the light so they feel amazing and with blast furnace coming back it's gonna be so good

Btw Dexterity mods provide effect even at 100 handling and you get benefits. Cause they are animation modifier, not stat boost.
same for reload mods, they help even at 100 reload
don't get hung up on recoil direction; since all new weapons have deterministic recoil now it's best to just go shoot a wall, compare the recoil patterns with/without barrels & counterbalance, and see which combination works best for you. example - the Belisarius feels better at 89 recoil than at 100.

I just tried mag howl on the sunsetted one, you can holster it and it won't go away and the perk does not have a timer. So something like OS has competition
Note that it stows precision shots. Until you reload mag howl. Mag howl only goes away after being fired.
I don’t understand why ppl glaze opening shot tho it’s literally one billet out of your entire mag , there’s better less situational perks

@@Brandonsucks123 1st shot in a hand cannon is often what will win a duel, and you also get it again after like 3 seconds if you dont win and have to fall back and recover
I think low key the flinch changes have helped pulse the most. They all feel SO good right now. You gotta try a lightweight.

Flinch has always been a pulses biggest counter, so the flinch reduction combined with zen moment makes pulses in a much better spot especially on MNK.
Just got this thing and it dropped with Zen Moment, Killclip, Ricochet, and Fullbore with a Range MW. Absolutely love it and the feel and sound is better than Messenger imo. Second game with it I dropped 36-2 with a We Ran. I’m in love! Love the content always, Wallah Bruh.

NGL you get like 8-9 of the gun you're target farming when you run it, and double perks if it drops with a masterwork too, not too bad for farming
The activity being fun helps but hey that's how it goes

Got one with fluted,armor pierceing, zen and headseeker. It’s amazing but good lord grinded the hell out of onslaught.
I got keep away with headseeker its definitely as good as messenger. I think keep away is better as 10 ranage and accuracy

Note that dexterity is an animation multiplier not a handling buff, dexterity makes draw faster on 100 handling.
I like this gun with Keep away and Kill clip, keep away just give you more range and accuracy which also not bad and in kinetic i pick Last Word)
I got the same perk roll with 98 recoil direction. High cals, chambered comp, handling MW. It wants Range investment. Stability with ZM/HSeeker is tight. I love how the gun feels but man it loses at longer ranged duels hard.
Eagerly awaiting a bit better of a better roll on MW/ricochets maybe.

The only down side is the handing I know a lot of people can care a little bit less about handling but I like my handcannons at 70 handling or atleast close sadly this doesn't hit it but it probably feel great with strand and other things
@@sebastian_blair6685another downside IMO is the precision frame, especially vs Rose's lightweight. Precision frames feel so strange to shoot to me.
I'm doing something wrong with shotguns especially ones like conditional I can't 1 shot even with my barrel in their body idk what to do differently
Edit: spent like 5 games yesterday trying the sweaty conditional igneous dunemarcher void titan loadout (forgive me I'm a hunter main learning void titan for trials) and it's been working amazingly for me so I guess I do know how to use conditional.
Should I be aiming at upper chest/neck area with shotguns like conditional ?
I pulled this gun out in PvE of all places and instantly fell in love. You could tell by how it felt in PvE that it would be amazing in the Crucible.
I really want a god roll for this as Messenger is my most used pvp gun, but having the opportunity to run an energy messenger with conditional sounds amazing

U can actually use magnificent howl already with old luna/nf and it seems super not good for 3's (maybe even bad or borderline useless) but on 6's is a beast, 2 taps and finishers keeps the perk
Luna does have opening shot in 4th column :) so slideshot & os will be possible
I'd still use dexterity since it gives a 0,75 multiplier..
So they put the No Time To Explain in the energy slot, made it so that perks can buff the range, stability, aim assist, and called it a legendary???
IKR? It has the same base stats as NTTE. The only difference is six fewer rounds in the magazine of NTTE, and Elsie’s Rifle doesn’t have the exotic perks of NTTE.

They're both really good IMO. Having the accuracy buff from KA also really keeps the bursts tight like zen, just depends on if you want flinch resist or more range.
The first roll i got was zen, head, high cal, fluted, range mw, and counterbalance

If slideshot doesn’t count for reloading, you might be able to stack magnificent howl on Lunas. I really hope that combo works

it will, you can even use tsteps to autoload and not refresh the stacks, old nf and lunas got new mag howl so you can test auto load abilities/perks and slideshot isnt a reload, its a autoload perk
The messenger has a adept version so i don't think this one can be better than that

People sleep on Disparity. Rapid Hit/Headseeker roll is wonderful, and it can reach up to 42 meters with its origin trait.
dont have to farm trials and is easier to farm in general, also just like the sight better than messenger

6 headshots tho… just remember its rounded up so you’ll see 39’s and you’re good but if u see 38’s you’re not killing 10 resil with the 6h. if you see 36’s you’re not 2 bursting anything. 37 low resil, 38 medium resil 39 all resil. 36.7 meters max damage 3 , after 41 meters you’re not 2 bursting prettty much
