"bait chopper" is the most moronic thing I've ever heard in this game.. specially when the constant unavailability of choppers being a key issue for playability.
Stop going into your inventory for meds and use the "H" key. Hold it to select what meds you want to use and then tap "H" to quick use. Meds must be in your pockets, belt, or vest to be used. I like to put an ifak in each one of my pockets thus giving me 8 slots for meds.

I only use bigger Backpacks to recover my body, so my previous backpack fits inside it.

MFAKs in pockets allow you to heal yourself and your team mates as quick slots and hold all meds instead of filling your butt or being limited to 4 items.
Bait choppers are a waste of time and resources for everyone on your server.
I tried mfaks in pockets and it didn’t work prior I’ll try it again tho!

The amp bag vs the Patrol bag. Amp Bag weighs two Kilos more than the patrol bag. This can make a difference when sprinting and just overall carry performance.

Yea, it’s PvP honestly if you don’t care about your kit and life then just go for it but if you are scared take the precautions you need regardless of other at the moment. Also I hope they do something about that
Best Money/Slot is grabbing scopes and if you don't find enough to fill up your inventory, grab CQa1 uppers.
If there is still storage space after that, grab Ak74ms and detach+ drop the grip, magazine and stock so they fill up 4 slots.
