The song "Daylight" references the song "Red" from her Red album where she described how loving someone was like the color red..passionate but destined to burn out. In the liner notes of that album she wrote, "...real loves shines golden like starlight, and doesn't fade or spontaneously combust. Maybe I'll write a whole album about that kind of love if I ever find it."

Loved the reaction, I became a stan when her song 22 came out, I remember I was watching a UA-camr and he had 22 as background music so I decided to check out the artist, ofc it was a taylor song, I listened to it like a thousand times, then I listened to RED and and I became obsessed with the RED album, the songwriting, how different that album felt for the time it was released, then she announced 1989 and it blew my mind, and I've been here listening to her music for the past 8 or 9 years, it's been a journey lol

She is from New Zealand btw .You must have heard her on the radio in the past . AND she has promised to release her next album this year in exchange of throwing Donald out of the white house 😁.

I have to be honest, Lover, as a whole album is not my thing (no hate, tho). A lot of fun songs but for me it wasn't as memorable? (like when I listened Reputation for the first time). However, my favs (and the only ones in my "Taylor fav playlist") are: Cruel Summer, False God, Death By A Thousand Cuts, Daylight and London Boy.
