Is it possible to sample from the keyboard to the pads the own sounds of the Korg? We have only seen recorded samples from the audio inputs, is it the only way? Thanks
How do I make the sample sound uninterrupted? such as the sound of a string for example. I made it in the global drumkit import wav section and the results are always cut off according to the length of the wav.
I think so. But as far as I know the Kross 1 doesn't transpose the sample to the other keys, so you cannot play it all over the keyboard, just one note.
@@tr-8s-master thanks for the quick response. But I was searching for the sampling option and I cannot find it anywhere. Not sure if at all sampling can be done in kross1 .Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I only could find that you can upload a wav. file and then play it in the audio player. Which off course is not even close to recording it yourself and be able to play the sound live.
Yes, as soon as you have recorded them they are stored. You can store lots of them. There are 8x16=128 to select with the use of the bank select (a-h).
@@JLkbd Ok, let's see. How do you record samples? Normally you can record them directly or load them as f.i. a WAV file. When you record them you have to choose a place where to record, let's say sample a01. Once you have recorded it, you can than edit it and after this you do exit and the whole thing is fixed and it won't dissapear when you turn the keyboard. Try changing the name of the Sample so you know for sure you have recorded it.
6:18 actually sounded cool! with those harmonics, was that from the distortion?
Kindly upload a video about setting arpeggio (tremelo) for korg kross 2

Yes, that is possible.
Can you also do this on the KORG 1??
Can you change the sound of the microphone in Kross 2, add / remove bass or soprano?
very nice !!! I have to try this on my own:)
Is kross 2 same setup in kross 1?
can you resample? once you have a pattern going with effects, can you record that? like the MPC can resample over and over again.

@@tr-8s-master yes thanks much for confirmation on this. Keep uploading.
You can also use USB and play them directly from your computer, I've found it much easier than using the mic or line in.
Yes, you're right, thank you for telling. I don't use computers so I didn't mention it.

I do not know I don't use a computer. Maybe download the manual for free from the Korg website.
To do Tone sampling ,,,
If the converting the samper tone goes to bank program then not enough sample memory shows.
What to do for enough memory?
Throw away stuff in your memory. Like PCM's. I mean save/store them first.
Mr....what occupation you did most of your life....
I'm a musician or at least I try to be

These samples delete when you turn keyboard off... can you save them so they dont delete and stay on the pads.??

Sand Puppy I have the Korg Kross 2 and for some reason when I turn off the keyboard they delete and go back to the original samples

You have to have an SD card installed and formatted for the Korg to save and stor it.
Bank change A through H is only for favorites, not samples.
Kross II not Kross
You are right!
