If u are working somewhere it is necessary. If they don't allow u convey this to your department or faculty.
Is it mandatory to stay in IGNOU main campus Maidan Garhi for 6 months for course work.or some relaxation is given for those who r out of Delhi and due to some unavoidable reasons can't come to Delhi for course work.
Course work is mandatory for all. Yeah u can stay in ignou guest house.

Hello ma'am, your video is very insightful. One more question i want to ask you is ignou offers phd in distance mode? Because as per the latest guidelines of ugc it's stated that distance mode phd will not valid or considered.

Phd from ignou is in regular mode only.
And u can apply for the part time phd. your job authority will permit the 6 month leave for phd course work and NOC . After completing your course work u can rejoin it.

If u have scored 55% (gen)/50%(category) in your masters subject then only u are eligible to apply. Entrance exam is there..u have to score better..to call for the interview. And after interview result will be declared.

For a govt employees, how many years of service can take study leave?
Service year is not required for this.

Yes, he/she will. For this you have to take 6 months leave without pay to attend the PhD course work classes.

For PhD Session 2023 only jrf has exempted. In previous admission there was an entrance for all the applicants.

No, PhD in IGNOU is done from Delhi only. No regional centre, no study centre. You can opt study centre only at the time of examination.

Yes ignou has recently changed the previous pattern.
@@letscrackjrfwithjyoti means no need to sit for entrance for net jrf qualified candidate
For ignou, the latest pattern has two category one is for jrf, those who belongs to this category can directly appear for the interview.
And other is for net and non net, for these candidates they have to clear the entrance conducted by the university, and then only they can appear in the interview.
one more information, recently ugc has include the phd entrance category in the net jrf exam. So the students who is going to clear the ugc phd entrance will also directly appear in the interview. They don't need to appear in any entrance conducted by the university.

University me apne dicipline k kisi prof se contact kijiye. No website se mil jayega. Mere acc. 6 month k course work me hi aapko problem face krna pad sakta h. Course work k baad koi dikkat nhi h. Course work leave pr hi ye depend krega.

As far as I know there is a provision of study leave for government employees who seek to pursue further study during that time they will have their salary but not annaul increment which they receive later...
PhD is a regular course, may be this rule is valid for distance courses.
