How to Make Spot Welding Machine at Low Cost

Hi friends today I am going to show how to make mini spot welding machine for li-ion battery from micro oven transformer .The material I have used are
1. Old micro oven transformer
2. 2x 10 mm copper wire, you can use single 16 mm wire
3. 2mm copper rod
4. Time current controller board , etc.

The diode is not i N but it is one n indicating single juction.
Transistors start with 2N indicating two junctions.

@@silverxiree thnx for your reply, i thought it was colored plexi as well, but there is a sheet al aluminium on both side of the material. after some searching it's called Dibond or Alupanel. Usefull building material for pretty much anything.
