AB, I injected the last butt I smoked with half pineapple juice and half orange crush. let it sit overnight and then put my BBQ rub on it and it came out amazing. Give it a shot. Thanks for another great vid. that cole slaw is straight up southern style.

AB, I've noticed in a lot of videos that you specify the "wit" in your website url, you should buy the url spelled with 'with' and forward it to your site so people get redirected there in the event they type it incorrectly and you wont have to bring it up in your videos anymore.
Why? "Wit" is part of AB's brand. Did you have an issue wit spelling wit?

I have a endless supply of Apple and pear wood, also use a draw knife to take the bark off the wood, bark makes it better. Old school smoking.

He’s a rookie! Adding a heavy rub won’t let the smoke penetrate! Salt & pepper is fine with a dry brine
I use very little salt. But lots of rub and cook old school with apple wood because have lots of it. I use a draw knife to take all the bark of the wood and dry it for a year, so it's bone dry. It smokes just fine.
