Plantera is a boring boss so I turned it into a creepy-pasta. Like and subscribe nerd.
(Heavy inspiration taken from Undertale Yellow's Flowey boss fight.)

You turned plantera from "do small circles then big circles in 2nd phase to win" to an undertale boss and im all for it
I feel like theres missed potential when it comes to plant stuff though, like some of the attacks could be vines/thorn related while keeping the horror aspect intact.
Let's be honest though. It doesn't feel nearly as scary when you get to fight it in your custom built lush green arena.

For some reason the boss reminds me of "Every Reaper" or "The White Hand" from Vampire Survivors, even though they don't look the same.

this bossfight looks REALLY cool so far
my only criticism is; please tone down the light flashes
its really really hard to appreciate the experience when you're on a black background then immediately get flashed then go back to black then get flashed then go back to black then get flashed
contrary to popular belief, getting a flashbang thrown at you every 2 seconds does not make the experience better

so maybe he can turn the flashy ness down a knob or 2

The idea of a Terraria mod that fucks with the established boundaries of the game is a super cool idea, kudos for the great work!
Feel like the fight progression could be improved quite a lot, it seems very repetitive atm which takes away a lot of the tension

this is nearly as good as the empress of light, and only requires a very small arena to fight, nice work. But seriously though, even if i don't get your takes (which i'm 84.2% sure you're dramatizing to a degree for content), idc, a good mod is a good mod.

Also if you feel like it perhaps have an option as to where you can have the attacks and stuff look more like Undertale and Undertale yellow's characters or have them look like the all terraria bosses you fought and enemies banners you've gotten up to the point of battling the CF9IW a"! poFMLKA but you don't have to like add that unless you really feel like it, just thought it was a neato Idea.
One more thing that I wish I had said earlier, The boss fight is FUU0301289901#'ING DOPE!

The first note was enough to make me realize it was BEST FRIENDS FOREVER and the horrors are about to come.
I'd tone down the flashes and static background effects, the fight is gonna mostly be "Trying to see the screen"
It also might make it better to view on video form

Edit: So I can definitely tell you’re trying to go for that fear style sort of boss, and I can also see it says “to be continued” meaning there will be more to it, and I will say, as creepy as it seemed, nothing really got to me, but I think it would be a genuinely amazing boss fight that isn’t hard to dodge, but it MAKES it hard to dodge because of whatever you fear, so my thought is just adding any fear possible, making it so its stages of the boss that you have to kill off, and it targets a specific fear, something like the fear of suffocating, you are either in sand or water, and you have a limited time to do something that is easy, it will be easy for some, but for others if it actually freaks them out, it will make it a challenge, and for the fear of heights, it will be a certain pattern of a certain thing that you have to choose, you fail, you will die, but not just instantly, but everything is disabled, and you have no choice but to fall for a few seconds, yes, heights in games freak me out, even in terraria, a genuine fear of a certain thing can transfer to games too, the amount of times I have had to stop playing for a moment to not freak out so badly because I fell off something high is ridiculous 😭
Anyway, sorry for the long as hell comment, but amazing boss fight so far, turning plantera from an oversized plant that chases you into a Eldritch entity of fear that takes the main form of a plant is actually pretty cool, nice job mate!

a huge portal W here, probably the best themed boss i have ever seen. love how it makes its own duplicates of a couple vanilla bosses, pretty cool concept
really the only downside i see with this is that its so long. making some attacks quicker and having a bit harder attacks might fix that a little

I personally think that the overall design of the fight is cool but the undertale music and the lack of a better sound design in general just brings down the horrifying aspect of the fight and just makes it feel like a flowey spinoff fight in terraria.
Still really good fight tho.

hey, cool fight. i feel like it would have been cool to use some realistic imagery put through a 1 bit indexed color palette, like the stingers that queen bee shoots at you at one point in the fight could have been nails and i think it would have come out quite nicely, and fit the creepy vibe this fight is going for. you are still wrong about empress though LOL
