There’s so many formulas within SCM. Not a must but just referring back to your older video for ideas to create videos on. Such as the total annual inventory cost, optimal order quantity, dpmo, the formula used to calculate the center lines for x chart and r chart, npv, break even, eoq, etc…
That's fantastic to hear! 🌟 So glad you're finding value in the formulas covered in our older videos. It's amazing how many intricate aspects there are within supply chain management, right? 😊 We're definitely taking note of your suggestions and will work on creating videos to dive deeper into these formulas. Stay tuned for more insightful content coming your way! 👍📈
Hey there! Thank you so much for your question! JIT (Just-in-Time) inventory management and JIT manufacturing are closely related, but they’re not exactly the same. JIT inventory management focuses on receiving materials or products exactly when they’re needed, helping minimize stock on hand. Meanwhile, JIT manufacturing is a broader approach to production, aiming to streamline the entire process-reducing waste, improving efficiency, and producing only what’s needed when it’s needed. They work hand in hand, but each has its own focus. I hope that helps clear things up! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask-I’m here and happy to help!
