Really, running your PSI in the 40's seems a tad high...were those tires warm?
Even my Expensive Low Profile Tires have a max of 50 PSI. I run mine at 36/37 PSI, Cold.

My father was a Home Improvement contractor for 44 years, all work was word of mouth, much like yours I suspect. Anyway, he used to say "Any contractor can have an issue at some point, the difference between an average contractor and a really really good one is how well you handle the issues when they pop up." Your business model sounds the same, no BS, the truth, even if it hurts. They will call you back forever. Keep up the vids and quality.

Wait, he was running and watching the workers pour concrete, not watching where he was going and you had to pay him? The first major rule of walking or running is watching where you're going. If you don't and you trip and fall, that's your dumb fault. Just my honest opinion.

Thank God the heat is passing a little. Those 95° days flat out suck. Good time to be retired and stay inside. Trust me, I've had my fair share of working in that heat over my years (68). Pretty much an outdoor guy my whole life.
Anyhow, to call that fill dirt "top soil" was mighty generous of you. The way builders strip every last ounce off of lots is disgusting. They strip it and then the homeowner has to buy it back from the nursery or landscaping Co to be able to grow grass---nothing but a racket😢😢.
We run across this all the time doing lawn aerations. Customers call us in looking for a miracle and we can't promise anything. We actually refuse even trying some yards. Might as well be trying to plant in gravel 😢😢😢.
The idea that either builders or homeowners are so rather short sided in ever planning on the need to get anykind of equipment into the backyard has always escaped me. That 4ft gate or double wide gate isn't going to cost that much more and could sure save the next poor slob, like you or us a lot of headache.

Next poor slob that’s a phrase I’ve used more than once in my past. You guys crack me up hot at 95 hell literally todays high in Phoenix was 109 the day before 113 it really doesn’t start getting hot till later in July and pretty much all of August it won’t start dropping under 100 on a regular bases till October. Of course I’m retired and the wife and I head to our mountain retreat where it’s 35 degrees cooler getting to old for the really intense heat good day all

Busy, busy, busy!! 8 projects in 2 1/2 days. It just started to sprinkle! Of course. They may be small projects, but that's still a lot for 2 1/2 days. Hustle! That's crazy that you can be sued for having materials laying on the ground on a construction site. Was that not a lack of common sense, to be jogging on or near a construction site? I watched a video of an angry man crossing the street, angry at the car. He was giving the car hand gestures and mean looks, and walked straight into a light pole. So, he can sue the city for having a light pole beside a sidewalk?? Dang! My ex's parents best friends in Florida made a living sueing people. They even sued the police department. I was glad that TSH'S workmanship has never been sued. If it had, it would have happened in the early days, because the last 4 years has shown that you guys are very careful to get everything right. The mistakes, if any, are caught by you or the crew and are corrected before TSH leaves the project. The past 4 years we've seen TSH at many, many high end projects. A half ass company can't get those contracts. We've seen proof of that in the morning w our coffee, thank you so much having the camera on and sharing!! 👍❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲

Only one case of being sued, must be the American lowest in history surely, 😊😊.but then again that one was obviously not real in my opinion, he should be sued for being stupid, 😊😊.you and your team should be given industrial yearly business national awards. If you were in my country you definitely would have been on the awards, because I still haven't found anyone here that is as efficient and honest, 😊😊😊.and that's definitely no bullshit. 😊.
That was alot of work to do in 2 days, but you have a excellent crew. Hopefully the company sends you 5 more compressors. Gifting to the guys is great.
