The direct translation would be, འབྲས་དང་བྱ་ཤ། but there is another term which thought being more general can be used, ཤ་འབྲས།

Is your mother a Lepcha? Because Ongmit/ Rongmit is a Lepcha name, Doma/Dolma is the Tibetan name of the Goddess Tara.
