Heiko may man! Damn, the fomo is real! Very jealous. I hope to see some videos when your done 🥳 Ferring to Trans Kirke is an amazing stretch hey! Variety in terrain, height and wind direction. This part of Ferring is packed with features hey.
I have to try one!!!! I spent a month in Moldavia soaring the hills with my standard paraglider dreaming the mustache 😂 I'm 70 kg, I whold like to try the 15... is it to much for my fist "fast wing"? i'm 3 yars in to flying and only flown standard big xc paraglider in the alps... now i'm mooving to the atlantic franch coast and i'm starting to soar and i'm loving it!!!
Hey Francesco. I know the feeling 🙂 I’m 75kg, I fly the 15 and 18. 18 more around my local sites. I like them both for their own unique qualities. Size wise depends on the sites your flying, and who you have around. My advice would be find your nearest Pro Partner and meetup for a demo. go-flare.com/StoreLocator?distance=100&order=distance
@@CoreySymesI'm living North Italy right now, I'm planning to go test It in kronolaz (Sud Tirol) or in Castelluccio di Norcia ( a crazy plays in center Italy). thanks for your advice!! looking forward for the next vid!! lots of inspiratoon for costal soaring!!!!
@francescoset6546 awesome! I spent a few days on Kronplatz years ago but wether didn’t play ball. I think Benni K is heading there soon. It’s Asstograss season 🥳
That looks so incredibly fun. I'm not sure if more fun can be had with clothes on. The way you were hopping from one post to another had me laughing, and then you started laughing. Your video almost looks like CGI, but it's obviously real. I've got my first paragliding lessons coming up and I fully expect I'll be getting a Moustache. I live on the Oregon coast and we have a lot of coastline with plenty of wind for much of the year. Thank you for sharing your flights!
Hey Dustin mate. This was an incredibly fun site and session, I flew this all afternoon and f me my face hurt from laughing so much ha. Stoked to hear your getting into paragliding, lots of fun to be had. I've never flown the West Coast of the states. I did a trip down the 101 in my 20's but was before I was flying. I'm sure you'll have plenty to fly there.
I think I saw you at "Ales Stenar" with my wife and my little girl. I would be very happy about this video, and maybe to see us in it. It's great to look at you 🥰 🇦🇹 🥰
Hello there mate! Not sure if it was me. I have been to Kåseberga, but only briefly and I didn’t fly. There is a crew of guys there that fly the Flare Moustache though. Thanks for stopping by 🌻
Kitesurfer here, looking to invest in a wing for low wind days at the beach, loving your vids, never done anything like this, is it a steep learning curve?
Hey Freddy. I have been kiting nearly 20 years. I still really enjoy it but I have become very picky with my conditions, and will choose flying more often. The two sports cross over very well, and you won't have any troubles picking it up. Kitesurfers are easier to teach than skydivers a lot of the time. It's not a steep learning curve in my opinion, but that all depends how hard you push. The risks are bigger in my opinion, good self control and decision making is crucial. You will already have a great understanding of the weather and wind, probably more so than some paragliders, so that is a great start.
@CoreySymes This wing opens up a whole world of new possibilities to us paraglider pilots. I have flown a 22 and i'm very interested in getting my hands on an 18
Yeh its amazing hey. It makes different things possible. All my local flying sit I've flown for year are now new and different. Im learning something new every session 🥳
Rainbow bee eater while flying. Woompoo fruit dove for waking up in the AM. Bell miners driving through the bush. Rainbow lorikeets for their noisy sunset chatter after kiting. Black backed gull for their strong soaring. Crows for their cheeky ground behaviour. I kinda like them all in their own way, and could write for some time 😅 What is your favourite bird mate?
One of your best vids so far! Made me wish that I live by the coast!
Thanks Stefan! What did you like about it?
@@CoreySymes The proxy flying and landing then running on the fence post.
Nice, thanks man. Not sure how the uncut videos would go. But people who fly want it I think. At least I appreciate them when I see them.
@@CoreySymesI agree 100%. I can spend days watching It and a life doing It!!!
Yeeees!!!
This is great. Love the running on the posts
Thanks mate! Yeh the posts were fun, lots of cool features at this site hey.
I love this"street style" form of paragliding. You've got me considering getting a miniwing and spending more time coastal soaring
Thanks Jorge! I really love it
Beautiful place, love it
Yeh, Ferring is great for many reasons. I'm with you!
This was so fun to watch
Nice to hear mate, thanks.
Next level bro.....crazy...

Thanks mate ❤️
Dude, absolutely love the “bird-like” attitude. Epic. What is your rig out? I think you have convinced me to try this lol
Thanks mate! You fly things, you understand. Same same, it's great fun.
I'm flying the Flare Moustache 18m here.
Very nice mate, Ferring is such a beautiful spot to have a lot of fun. Greetings from Switzerland by the way, doing some ass to gras right now

Looka like a ton of fun! How does it handle XC?
Hey Mark.
Not too sure how it would go XC, it’s definitely not made for it. The Moustache is made for soaring.
@CoreySymes good to know. I fly an Ozone Rush5 now, and love it. I'm always interested in the new technology. Thanks for responding. 👍🏻👍🏻
Nice mate.
It is interesting. It’s like having speed bar and trim tab range in your toggles.
What is this kind of paragliding called? It looks more fun than cross country.
Hey Tanner, this is Flaring or Soaring. Made possible with the marvelous machine I am flying 🥸
@@CoreySymes thanks! I don't paraglide just yet, but the mustache is a strong contender for a first wing
Ah sweet. The Moustache has really changed how we fly. It's a massive step forward in wing tech. Its changed my life ahah
@@CoreySymes every video I've seen on it says the same thing. Nothing but smiles from everyone that flys on it
Yeh it’s pretty special
What were the wind speeds on this day?
Hey Scott. There are a few details in the description.
Wind - 16-18 knots WNW
TOW - 78 kg
Ridge height - 5 metres

Rainbow lorikeets for their noisy sunset chatter after kiting.
Black backed gull for their strong soaring.
