Yogeshwaraya Mantra means
* Yogeshwaraya = The Lord and Master of Yoga (Adiyogi)
* Mahaadeva=Great God; Maha=great; Deva: God(God of Demi-Gods); Great one among the class of Gods, Suras, Devas, and other Angelic beings.
* Trayambakaaya: Three eyed one; One with the third eye of omniscience. Can see past, present and future.
* Tripurantakaaya: He who ends the layered (Physical, Astral, Casual) manifestation.
* Trikaalaagni-Kaala: He who ends the three (Past, Present, Future) fold existence of Time.
* Kaalaagni : A form of Bhairava that is the destructive fire at the end of the world
* Rudraaya: The violent one
