My father, born and raised in Johnstown, Pa. Is definitely an iron man. Never, have I ever seen or met another man with such strong conviction and unmoveable force. He is the one only Superman in my book. Man of steel.

    I. did not know so much of this history. Johnstown is a great place to grow up in 1950 to 1970.

As a Johnstown native, I admire these iron men who made industrial America. After the great flood, Andrew Carnegie hired much of the elite talent away from Cambria Iron and Steel and moved them to Pittsburgh.

I wasted 35 minutes on this to find out how Cambria Iron morphed into Bethlehem Steel and what role Charles Schwab played. Neither is ever mentioned.

This was a neat historical piece. Im not to far from j-town. Im thinking about taking a couple workshops in the metal arts building.

You know it's sad and depressing when you sit back and you look at what's happened to our country and industries that built America, it seems that we have sold out every bit of our steel industries, I kind of wonder what it does to the US whether it makes us stronger or weaker but look at all the jobs that are gone😢😭😞...
