This is a great video, I’ve always thought about Yakuza/LAD being a sort of TV show where the story unfolded as we kept playing and beating up thugs and bosses. Love the commentary, rocks a ton!

video games will always be superior to other fiction as time goes on because, for example, you can have 5 to 6 different field professionals for a character in games, face mimic actor, movement actor, voice actor, face model/actor, voice actor, realistic action/combat actor This is something crazy because holy shit man, this is one of the biggest reasons why game characters get simped so much to a point you see tons of edit about them man or woman doesn't matter and it makes you wanna play them
I like seeing the Kamurocho location return in new entries, I agree it gives it a TV show feeling. It is interesting to see familiar places in new contexts throughout the story.
