Not sure what can be done about these kids, maybe zero tolerance like in NYC a few decades back.
Btw not many came over on windrush more immigration followed over the next 20/30 years, windrush just paved the way. Honestly over the last 30 years a.huge amount of Africans have come to London. Over that 30 year period the violence has grown exponentially.
