the amount of time I spent on this game as a kid is Insane. Just couldn't get enough then somehow the games went downhill as they went along if I remember correctly
This game has basically everything I want in a transformers game, playing as both autobots & decepticons, free roam, collectables. Just needs some stuff from more recent games like foc & dotm.

This game was legit so ahead of its time it’s a shame there was never a sequel like it, with full destruction of cities with physics like the bad company games and have a mint multiplayer with like massive battles
I love the fact that this game is still being supported through mods. You could play the unplayable characters like Shockwave and Devastator. You could also even change characters in the hub world which isn't present in the base game.

This game was like the ultimate Kaiju battle simulator fantasy as a kid. The fact that you can knock each other into buildings and vehicles and cause so much physics based destruction made every fight feel super cinematic and badass.

I remember playing this for like 10 minutes in a friend's house. It was kinda fun to destroy everything as a decepticon tho. And I only remember it because some friends and me were gathering in that house to go to a party somewhere else and, for a weird moment, we all gather in the living room to play this, for some reason. Even the girls stopped by to look at the game lmao. Then, when our friend was finally ready to go, we all snapped out of it and just turn it off immediately and left. A funny and strange moment to remember.

This Game was awesome back on the day, maybe the City and Humans models looks weird, but the Tranformers Models where really cool. And having both campaigns was a nice plus, each campaign with 3 to 5 hours of gameplay was good enough and for a lincese game is just good. Also with the "What If.." with Megatron actually beating Optimus and conquering earth. And Try T: War for cybertron, is really good.
This game is beyond S tier. I remember spending hours just completely leveling the cities. The destruction physics were so ahead of its time. This game was also incredibly fun and the missions could be difficult to the point of ripping your hair out after getting defeated for the 400th time. Such a great game.

it's amazing genuinely the challenges collectibles the driving. it's amazing. what I like is that the traversal isn't effortless like spiderman ps4 it's really actually challenging

Me too, there was also the lamer dlc to unlock everything immediately but I refused and grinded all the collectibles and challenges
