You play very good and the instrument sounds very good. I play bowed tanbur. Bow handling is similar except (1:thumb 5:pinky). 1 vertical to bow, 2: above, 3 4 5 between hair and body pressing the hair. This config is very confortable and it gives total control on pressure in both upper and lower bow. Maybe you can try it and compare.
