New approach to delivery rights in Victoria: Place of take approvals framework

Welcome to the 16th webinar of the Agriculture Victoria irrigation webinar series.
This webinar is presented by expert speakers Penny Clark and Alex Murray from the Water Markets and Grid branch at DEECA (Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action) and provides an overview of the new ‘place of take approvals’ framework.
The framework will strengthen water delivery rights in declared systems and will come into effect during 2023/24 following planned consultation and communications activities.
