I am aiming for the red/green light to remain on when the amber light switches on then both to disappear when red/green turns on. Is there a way to do that? Also how would we go on about designing a four way traffic control?

may be if you used last timer NO in the first rung then it will be possible to start cycle sequence again otherwise not

wrong logic your timer is always in on condition so how your next cycle is start without timer rest
