I have been able to follow your suggestion and change and get it off the military time as you showed----but now I am not sure of your last statement that tells me to go ahead and sync it now. I do not know how or where to do that. It may be common sense, but I do not know that every last step. Thanks so much.

Just picked up a Versa and for the life of me I cannot make the clock into the 24 hour format. I’ve tried updating from 12 to 24 using both my phone and laptop using Fitbit.com and logging in.
What else can I do so that my Versa displays in military time?

Honestly I'm not sure what else to try? Perhaps attempting a restart on the tracker would help it refresh. Maybe logging out and then back in on your mobile device at the same time. If not, perhaps a factory reset? Seems a little extreme to get the time to change though. I think Fitbit made this way more difficult than it needs to be...

Hi I've tried exactly what you showed over the course of a week now.. this is very frustrating. For some reason when I select the 24H option the 12H stays selected and when I submit and sync with my device nothings seems to changed. when I go back to my profile info the 12H is still selected. I think of thing trying it through my PC, otherwise I have no idea.

Or you could just hold down the menu button for 2-3 seconds (while on time) and it will switch from military to civilian time.
