I already have an account for a broken Fitbit Charge 2 and the site wouldn't let me add a new charge 2. Now it wont even show me a way to select new device.

I have done what you said, but for some reason my husbands fitbit is on mine so i have tried and tried and it keeps saying its connecting but its been 3 hours and still syncing so do you have any idea what I need to do?

For me it is like after flashing the 4 digit number on fitbit charge 2 and after that i'm seeing "Connecting to Fitbit" message forever and no connection happening after that. Not sure if any one facing the same issue.
