It is always interesting to listen to different points of view. There is always something to learn. I just have a problem with the use of words which do not exist. Entrainment is not a word.
Yes, it is. Put two heart cells in a dish or grandfather clocks near each other and they will entrain.
Andrews Ross - Thank you for your comment. But I wonder why do you say "entrainment" is not a word? It is in my Funk & Wagnalls dictionary dated 1954 so you may be a bit behind ;) In its present application - the entrainment of thought - it's actually a very useful word to know. Great content! I am 78. I grow my own vegetables and I preserve a lot of things. It is easy! I make my own medicine and cures. The science you describe is the same as the one that says: "No God thanks, I believe in science." I believe in God, but it isn't the God of the organised religions. As with the science, I like to think for myself. I eat (almost) the same diet as my grandparents ater, and I try to do as mjuch work as they did. It keeps me healthy! (Love the shirt!)

@@chrisennis5241 Would love to, but I live in sub-tropical Brisbane Australia, what grows here may not grow there. There are Permaculture sites that would be willing to teach you ion your neighbourhood. They do this sort of stuff, and if they don't, they may know someone who does.
I was taught by a Gnostic Master from 1995 - 1997, an eighteen month period.
NOTE - He didn't stand up and say 'hey check me out, I'm a super teacher AND a master of gnosticism."
I discovered it years later which is a story for another time.
This 'teacher' was humble and taught in a humble way. His teachings appealed to the heart.
In 2011 a female from Canada when discussing a spiritual issue on UA-cam said, 'how lucky you are. I only attended 9 of the 12 lectures your old teacher gave.
Never have I come across a person who fulfilled the adage in the New Testament.
That adage was,
"when this man speaks, his words speaks to your Heart as opposed to the Intellect."
Back to 1995. . . .
In the third lecture, this teacher adresses us and said the exact same thing as Yoda tells a very young Anakin in the Star Wars universe.
And that was . . .
He said, unlearn every thing you have learned.
Everything you have learned is wrong. The very way you think, understand, comprehend and react is wrong. Lol.
He then waited.
About 8 people got up and left immediately.
I realised later he had the gift of foresight and prophesy.
He used to say at the end of every class,
'Don't believe anything I have taught you today. Experience it yourself and teach yourselves. "
Yes . . . he deliberately copied Gautama . .
Again, Lol . . .
Needless to say, the class dwindled from 34 in a tightly packed room, to a class of no more than 20 within three weeks.
His first series of lecture was on the Ego and how it stops from genuinely learning and how it permanently traps us into the Wheel of Samsara. Another 6 people permanently left after those lessons.
Lesson Here - People don't really want to change or learn. Deep down they think they know everything and worse still, if they're financially well off, they think they're living Gods.
However, one serious illness e g. a cancer diagnosis changes everything

When faced with a challenge like negative energy, perhaps question its purpose: Is there a lesson you need to learn? What strengths can you flex to overcome the negativity?
Much like a maths equation, rephrasing helps clarify the problem.

Wow I will definitly find this book being Native American ive hears stories of my ancestors and the horrible treatment in boarding schools and I myself was part of the 60s and 70s Canaduan children Scoop where we were put into fostercare snd adopted out to white people. I am deprogramming myself from that upbringing and going back to my native beliefs.

Best thing is, as they get older, they get slower and easier to catch. Nothing nicer then spending an afternoon stealing gardening information off the oldies.
I’ve just started collecting plants 🌱 for medicines /tinctures / cures /remedies. Unfortunately, I live in an upper floor flat with no garden so I can’t grow my own vege / fruit 💔. I do forage for berries and other edible plants while I’m out in nature though 🌍

Some people use grow lights or even a hydroponic tower to grow food in a flat. Herbs on a window sill or in a hanging planter is a good start too!
Oh, but you can! An egg carton and small soil pellets that nurture seed germination can get you started. Add a small grow light if your space lacks sunshine. Transfer to pots as they grow. Very little space required for herbs and greens. In fact, you can grow greens ...from beans!... in a mason jar.

Catherine search (YT and online) growing veg and fruit in small spaces like apartments/flats. I know some who growing mini fruit trees and vertical gardens indoors with leafy greens plus many options for balconies. ✌️

Paul, you're so right about the sugar vs. fat scam. I ate low-fat all my life, because my mom was always trying to lose weight.
When I eventually switched to a high-fat ketogenic diet, the depression, anxiety, brain fog, and hormonal issues I had had since puberty all went away. Come to find out, the brain is largely made of cholesterol and every hormone in our bodies is entirely dependent on cholesterol. I had been starving myself of exactly what my body needed most.
The food industry has deceived us big time, and the results can be seen walking around everywhere. I'm only 40 years old, and yet every one of my friends has one or more major, debilitating health issues. IBS, depression, infertility, ADHD, autoimmune disorders, the list goes on and on. That's not normal!

My father told me that in 1803,Lewis and Clark, sent by President Thomas Jefferson, to map the newly acquired lands in the west after the Louisiana purchase. They were secretly to be looking for "the white Indians" who were WELSH! My Grandmother was Cherokee and she told me that they were the white Indians that Jefferson was speaking of. My Grandfather's family came from Wales. So proud of my heritage. Thanks for all the amazing works you do.

I used to go dancing for Tibet...it still hurts my heart what the Chinese did and

And the public will pay for the vaccines in increased taxes, all the while the government claim there free. Someone is going to pay, unfortunately its the public.
Critical thinking skills are the most important skills you need in life. To know what, when and how to do what is best for the situations at hand. If there's going to be any kind of publicly funded school system, it should include teaching and utilizing Critical thinking as part of the curriculum. But sadly, the establishment's interests would be jeopardized by a public that wasn't susceptible to being manipulated, so we have what we have. It's up to responsible parenting. You reap what you sow.

Unbelievable, and yet not so when one realizes the degree they've been lied too and endeavors to wake up and seeks evidential base fact.
I love that there are 5 people who disagree with this video. Goes to show how even intelligent knowledge, and common sense is rejected by those who have been indoctrinated into trusting whatever the media, and government says.

I have done my own research and was so shocked at the conclusions that it gave me anxiety due to my foundation had been shaken. When I found Paul, I had the realization that I wasn't crazy or alone. I have had my family turn against me. What urks me is so many come at me without any research of their own. They are sheeple walking blindly in tradition...programmed. It isn't an accident that tv shows are called programs. Literally, programs.

Couldn't agree more Paul, critical and logical thinking can be very enlightening. Go for a long quiet walk with that mindset and be rewarded with your brain's insights into life's mysteries...
They did the same thing in schools in Ireland.. same wooden board around the neck with notices for every time they spoke Irish and not English and with the same fate. Today the Irish language is taught in Irish schools but by the time this happened the country was primarily English speaking.. So their goal was achieved.

They uprooted the teachers and transfered them to other parts of the country.
That's how my grand-mère ended up in Champagne....

Im 65 my grandmother died at 101 and my grandfather at 99 .. She did all the same things as Pauls g/m She came to Oz from England in1960 to join her daughter ,my Mum, who came over first with Dad, myself and two brothers ..Australia was a totally different place back then .. I had many a spoonful of caster oil :)

Paul, as I was reading, "Escaping From Eden" I had to keep shaking my head in wonder. How? How, with all your training and practice, did you find the Courage? I was taught pretty much as you were, and it wasn't easy for me to open my mouth and ask the questions. Why would God be worried that humanity would "live forever"? The question that bothered me through all the years I was winning prizes for Bible memorization was this: what kind of "god" demands blood sacrifice? We condemn the Aztecs for it, while we worship a deity who demands it! You had a lot more to overcome than I did. HOW did you find the Courage? You even gave up your church stipend. People have gotten medals for lesser feats. You are a hero, Paul Anthony. Don't ever let yourself forget that!
Lisas Rexstar - You asked very pertinent theological questions. Bravo to you. As to "coming out" with the findings I am now broadcasting, I guess there comes a point where you have sat long enough with information you wish for everyone to have without doing something about it. I simply reached a point where the discomfort of sitting on my hands became too great to ignore! Harder than sacrificing the security of a stipend was the realisation that I would be disappointing a great number of people around the world who have worked with me or sat under my teaching in previous churches. However if my disappointed friends will actually read my books I hope that a number might find they can make the journey with me. Am always thrilled when I hear from fellow seekers who have been able to do the reframing I speak and write about. Thank you for your encouragement. My family originated from Hungary. Each family had a parcel of land, as you described. It's how people survived. The new ways are not designed for us to flourish. It's probably true in the USA, that most of us don't even know or have officially met our immediate neighbors.
Chad Germano - Yes, this was normal in the UK when I was growing up. People in apartments and houses with little land could lease a strip for virtually nothing so they could farm their own food. Peace, Paul

That was another great view that we have been pondering as well for 2 years is the health factor!
