A super super small town in Northern NY. She had a whole ass mansion in the middle of the forest and it still stands today.

When I was eight, I and some other kids got to sing with her on stage at a concert in Rockford, IL. It was so much fun. When she brought us out on stage to sing, I was so confused-the stage was SO lit with bright lights that you couldn’t see the audience at all, except for faint outlines of the people in the very front row. Half way through the song, Shania took control of one of the spotlights on the stage and shined it all over the audience, and I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there. 😅
