It happens every year.
They build up under the bridges till so much trash fills up you can't move.
Then they run them off.
Not all that wander are lost, those people are security for your business during the night so watch the crime rate skyrocket once their removed 🤦🏼
Most are the criminals that commit the crime on the businesses.
Are there no prisons? Are there no workhouses?
@Just Leslie 1961 I commend you in deleting your previous comment. I would be fearfully embarrassed of it if I were you as well. I may go ahead and paste it back for all to see. If I feel the desire to belittle you as you so delight in doing to others. It really reflected the type of individual you are. Remember that you live by the, "Do as I say, do not do as I do," philosophy of life. After you realised your embarrassing reveal of who you are, deletion was your only logical choice to avoid the shaming you would have got. I will be happy to paste it back up if you continue your idiocy, insults, and your psudo-superior ways. But once again, well done on the deletion. Though it did make a great example of the Bible verse you quoted. It is a shame you waste that knowledge. Perhaps read second 2 Thessalonians.

Stop feeding them and offer them a job. They will run out of the area so fast it will seem like someone killed them off and carried away the bodies. I do not live in the area in the video. But there was a homeless problem close to were I worked. They would beg for money, buy drugs with it, and pass out in the shop bathrooms. The boss decided he was going to help because calling the police did little. The homeless person that was arrested would be back in a week still begging for money and buying drugs with the money, only to wind up passed out in the shop bathroom. The boss forbid any employees to feed the homeless and to give them money. After a few days of not feeding them nor anybody giving money, the boss went out to the parking lot and told them there would be no more hand outs. However, there were fifteen positions needed for low end custodial duties starting at $9, which was good back then. Within a week, not one homeless person could be found anywhere near the shop.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Offer to teach them how to fish and they run away very quickly. Do not feed these worthless people. Offer then a job instead. Whether they accept or not, the problem is solved within a week.
@Just Leslie 1961 Where I reside, one is free to write what they want and say what they want. I need to support no criminals, people that refuse to work, or drug addicts. That is the prison's job, not mine. Where do you reside that people get so offended by liberty of speech? It has to be either China or United States of America. Those two places mention there is liberty of speech in their constitutions but do not allow it nor encourage it. We choose to stay polite and not use vulgar language of our own accord. However we can, and do, write and speak what we want as a constitutional liberty that is exercised in our nation. Almost every nation has soemthing pertaining to written and spoken liberty of expression. But few allow it. I realise you exist in one of the nations that indoctrinated their citizens to be as offended as possible over liberty of expression and speech. We respect liberty of speech and honour it as long as vulgarities are not spewed.
