Well done mate. As kids we use to fill a coal sack each full of Kahawai from the Waimak mouth back in the day then ride our 50cc step throughs back down the beach to Brighton. Those were the days🤪🤪

The Kahawai are good in frozen fish cakes potato type perhaps not Thai type or are ok smoked and frozen if you get too many.
