@@TheSearleFamily123 Because of the EcoDisc motor. I've heard that the elevators with an MX 10 EcoDisc motor in Australia are KONE MonoSpace 3000, and for the elevators that have an MX 20 motor in Australia, they are KONE MonoSpace 3000S.
The Kone lifts to the roof parking levels have all been modded by Schindler
