sir my problem is that when i saw a word which i had heard never before then i read the word very carefully and repeat it many times...but when i go to sleep then i can't sleep because my mind again want to see that word that i have seen before and again and again i repeat that...and also when i see any colour of any object then i match that colour with the colour of my surroundings and again and again repeat the whole process...i am very disturbed from this😭😭and can't sleep at night...i study in 12th class and due to the OCD i also can't focus on my studies...i am vey afraid about it😭😭😭 please any body help me and give me any solution so i can recover from this....i will be very thankful ❤️
