      Now only 10% left which is good, coz sometimes I check car's handbrake again and many time I find out I didn't put that.
      So try to engage in things

    Sir hospital jaane ke baad Mujhe paseena aata hain aur chakkar aati hain aur hospital main kisiko dekhta hu to dar jaata hu kisi ki bhi maut se darta hu aur har baar dusro ki maut ke baare main sochta hu main bahot hi pareshaan hu, sir reply kare 😭😭

    sir my problem is that when i saw a word which i had heard never before then i read the word very carefully and repeat it many times...but when i go to sleep then i can't sleep because my mind again want to see that word that i have seen before and again and again i repeat that...and also when i see any colour of any object then i match that colour with the colour of my surroundings and again and again repeat the whole process...i am very disturbed from this😭😭and can't sleep at night...i study in 12th class and due to the OCD i also can't focus on my studies...i am vey afraid about it😭😭😭 please any body help me and give me any solution so i can recover from this....i will be very thankful ❤️
