In my 3d year of Olympic weightlifting at 31 years old. Getting Close to a 120kg clean and jerk. Progress is slow cause of nighttime job sleep is bad. My dream is 160 clean and jerk and a 120 snatch with a clean fast and valid technique. I hope I make it. Thank you very much for your inspiration Gabriel !!!!

I was pretty shook thinking he was going to power clean & jerk 150 during 2:11 when his heaviest lift from the previous week was 160 😅 the 220 back squat was also massive 💪
I'm trying to do now bench 1 time per week . I never maxed my bench when I was in a good shape but my plan is to be able to do bench , same weight like snatch
Bench and lats exercises help a a lot with the strict press I was having trouble there and when I incorporated some chest and lats exercises it immediately increased the power in the strict press!!
