+Mike Seddon could be he left the band originally to become a certified teacher one of the main reasons they broke up. Also his brother(drummer) was about to graduate art school among the other reasons they broke up then wonderfully got back together

Unbelievably good gig. The guys are there just to play beacause of their passion for the music, and not to be political chess pieces or infamous rockstars. The crowd are respectable; notice the stavediving doesn't effect the bandmembers at all, they don't try to distract or irritate them (remember Rou Reynold's groping experience). Brilliant sound quality and recording. Brilliant atmosphere.
The crowd doesnt fuck up the performance till Crickets at the end

@@Iconic_Zoot You're joking right? This was their last show after they announced their hiatus, and crickets was the last song of the show. Andrew and Alex were smiling. Ronan stage dived after the song was over. They were loving it. It was pure energy and emotion at that point, no shit the crowd went mental.

What I love about this gig is that NO ONE is holding any DEVICE...they are just Crowdsurfing, Stagediving, singing along...

I miss basement so much i was fortunate enough to meet them at the TSSF show at the gilman and see them later that month in Sacramento on their fare-well tour.
That was fucking insane. Like I been transported back to being 14 in the 90's.....weh...what a feeling..
I stumbled across this band surfing youtube a few months ago. knew right away they were going to be one of my favorites

saw basement after they got back together but not before and it's evident to me that this is where the real raw energy that i wanted see them for was... wish i could've been there, what a beautiful and emotionally charged performance
