@@yummy.expert I failed to find the conversions in the video. In the USA we don't weigh ingredients. We measure by volume. So, 10g of sugar means nothing to me. But 3 tbsp does.

Next time incorporate either one cup of boiling hot water or some sour cream into the batter. It helps with moisture. a moist cake will for the most part be creased on top or sticky or both. Good job though.

It is a lovely cake but the instructions are missing in places. Your written ingrediants don't say how much flour and as I am unsure I had to look at filmed instructions which. The size of the cake tin would be useful and the time the cake should take to bake since the flour is not as much as most cakes. If one opens the oven too soon then there is always the danger of the cake sinking in the middle. The concept is otherwise very good.
Thank you for your feedback. I edited the description and all the ingredients are in the video too. The cake tin has 18cm and I leave it around 40-45 minutes in the oven but it depends on the ovens that’s why I said to bake it until a toothpick comes out clean. I usually don’t open the oven for the first 30 minutes after You can check if it’s done or not without being afraid it will sink . I will consider your advice in the future and add more instructions. 🥰
