Can you please mention the difference between hp 2878 v hp 2876 v hp 2820? All look exactly the same. Btw I'm from India and will buy from Amazon.

I setup the same printer but all lights are blinking and none of the buttons are responding… unplugged it, plugged it back, tried to press the power button or the cancel button but nothing works
